AWAITED VICTORY : A smashing success!!!

After all the hard work, effort , sleepless nights and super tiring days of practices, all of these are nothing when you already tasted the most awaited moment; the moment that you call VICTORY. I didn't expected that I will get one because as I saw the dancing couples that we will be competing with, I can't help to say: Let's just do our best.. But I am very thankful that we were able to enter the final round for the youth category and got 2nd place and got the third place for the pre - amateur category. It was very unexpected and overwhelming. It's my first ever award and victory for Latin Ballroom dancing and I am very happy and proud for it. Even though we only entered the semi final round at the14th DSCPI National Championship held at Ultra last October 23,2010 it was still a good experience to treasure because that experience served as a challenge for me on how to beat the other competitors next time we met on the dance floor.

I hope that this victory will continue as me and my partner also continue to compete and show the talents that we got and the skills that our coaches continue to hone. I want to thank my family and to all of my friends who supported me.
